20份玉米新材料在东北地区的育种潜力分析

为进行种质创新,采用NCⅡ遗传交配设计,以美国解密玉米自交系为供体、优良自交系为受体选育的20份新材料为供试材料,4份玉米自交系(CA667、PH4CV、CA331和京725)为测验种,配制杂交组合。以先玉335为对照,采用不完全区组田间设计,在吉林辽源、通化和辽宁铁岭鉴定主要农艺性状表现。结果表明,L1、L3、L7、L9、L11、L14、L15、L18和L19等9份新材料产量一般配合力较高,育种潜力较大,可作为新材料在育种中利用。美国解密玉米自交系E8501在缩短抽丝期,降低株高、穗位高、倒伏率、收获时含水量和提高产量等方面具有较大应用潜力,可以进一步利用。杂交组合L6×CA667和L16×CA331与对照熟期相当,产量超过对照(2.40%和2.75%),其他农艺性状也表现优良,可进一步复配进行多点测试。以上结果可以为今后育种利用提供参考。
In this paper, in order to germplasm innovation, 20 new maize materials were created from the U.S. maize inbred lines as donor and elite inbred lines as recipient. The 20 new materials were crossed to four testers including CA667, PH4CV, CA331 and Jing725 adopting NCⅡgenetic design. The crosses and one check Xianyu335 were evaluated in Liaoyuan and Tonghua of Jilin province and Tieling of Liaoning province to analyze the combining abilities and heterosis. The results indicated that the nine new materials including L1, L3, L7, L9, L11, L14, L15, L18 and L19 showed the high general combining abilities (GCA) effects for grain yield. The donor inbred line E8501 had significant potential for shortening the date to silking, reducing plant height, ear height, percent stalk lodging and grain moisture at harvest and increasing grain yield, which can be further used. The two crosses L6×CA667 and L16×CA331 showed the similar growing period with the check Xianyu335, and higher grain yield (2.40% and 2.75%) than that. In addition, these crosses also had goodperformance in other agronomic traits, and could be further tested in multi-environment. The above results could provide reference for future breeding utilization.??
