中药对EAE豚鼠中枢内P物质的影响
Effect of Chinese Medicine to Substance P of Central Neurou System of Experimentl Allergic Encephaomye litis in guinea-Pig
为了探讨中药治疗多发硬化的治病机理。本文在建立实验性变态反应性脑脊髓炎(EAE)豚鼠模型的基础上,使用免疫组织化学及图像分析技术研究了多发硬化模型EAE豚鼠中枢神经内P物质(SP)的变化及中药温阳补肾方对起其影响。光镜下观察到:SP免疫阳性纤维终末广泛分布于脊髓后角、中央管周围灰质、丘脑室周核及下丘脑等脑区。各组分布范围相同,但各组及各区免疫反应的强度不同,对照组明显高于正常组和中药治疗组。结果提示P物质参与了EAE的发病机制,复方中药温阳补肾方抑制了SP的合成或释放,从而降低了SP介导的伤害性刺激及对中枢神经系统局部炎症反应的强度。
ultiple Sclerosis (MS) is the most common demyelinating disease of human Central Nervous System (CNS). It is also one of the common difficult and complicated cases of neuropathy. Despite extensive research, the cause and pathogenesis of MS are still unknown, and no effective cure measure of Western Medicine is currently available. While Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), with peculiar theories and prophylactico-therapeutic measures, has shown a good effect on the prevention and cure of MS. The treatment mechanism research on MS of TCM will be helpful to reveal the pathogenesis of MS and will provide a theoretical basis for clinical application of medicine.
