薄壁盘套类零件的装夹规划算法研究
Research on Setup Planning Algorithm for Thin-walled Turning Part
为了解决薄壁盘套类零件装夹规划问题,在定义零件制造模型、装夹与加工操作基础上,分析了机床类型、刀具接近方向与加工操作顺序约束对装夹的影响,建立了薄壁件装夹规划数学模型。根据薄壁件分阶段加工特点,将薄壁件装夹规划问题分解为三个子问题,减少了问题求解空间。在求解子问题过程中,以装夹顺序为线索,分别运用了基于规则、图论和聚类的方法,确定了装夹顺序和每次装夹的加工操作集合,提出了完整的薄壁件装夹规划方案。最后以航空轴套零件为例,验证了所提出方法的可行性与有效性。
IThe part manufacturing models, setups and operations are defined to solve the setup planning of the thin-walled turning part. A mathematical model of setup planning is developed based on discussions about machine types, tool approach directions and operation precedence constrains. The setup planning is divided into three sub-problems to decrease the problem solution space according to grading for the thin-walled turning part. An algorithm based on rules, graph theory and clustering is introduced to determine setup planning precedence and operation groups in process of solving the sub-problems. A complete setup planning is put forward for the thin-walled turning part. Finally, an example of the aviation part is illustrated to prove feasibility of the proposed model.
