不同时间对提取原煤中多环芳烃的实验研究
RESEARCH ON THE IMPACT OF PAHs EXTRACTED
以淮北煤田气肥煤和夹矸样品为研究对象,以CH2Cl2为溶剂,采用超声提取法(10min、20min、30min)和索氏提取法(24h、48h、72h)提取其中可抽提有机物,并利用气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)测定提取液中优控多环芳烃含量来对比不同时间对抽提原煤中多环芳烃种类、含量和分布的影响,为优化原煤中PAHs的提取条件提供理论依据。通过研究发现,提取原煤中多环芳烃,超声提取法应选取30分钟,索氏提取法应选取24小时。
The studied samples were collected from the fresh raw coals in Huaibei coalfield. The samples were extracted in 10min, 20min and 30min with the ultrasonic-assistant-extract method and 24h, 48h and 72h with Soxhlet extracting method by CH2Cl2. The extracted liquids were determined by GC-MS, and the species and concentration of 16 PAHs attended by USEPA were analyzed. The impact on the species, concentration and distribution of PAHs extracted in different time were studied. On the basis, in the condition of this experiment, it should take 30 min with ultrasonic-assistant-extract method and 72h with Soxhlet extracting method in extracting PAHs from raw coal samples
