纳米超细分子筛合成研究进展

影响分子筛粒径因素很多,不同合成方法不同获得同一分子筛粒径不同,一种方法不一定适合多种分子筛的合成,由于纳米分子筛具有其常规分子筛独特的优点,因此引起人们广泛的关注。本文从工艺条件和合成原料及通过向合成体系中添加不同的化学药品进行了综述,并探讨了最新微乳法和空间限制法制备纳米分子筛的合成方法。

he particle size of zeolites is determined by many factors, such as technical conditions, raw materials and chemicals added to the synthesis system. The different particle size of zeolites can be synthesized by differernt methods and the same method may not adopt to the different zeolites. Nano-zeolites were interesting to people for their particular merits. The factors which effect the particle size are reviewed in this paper. And the lastest methods of microemulsification and confined-space are mentioned.
