农村实用人才家庭收入及其影响因素实证分析

In this paper, the standard of rural practical talents in conformity with the Jiangyan City, Jiangsu Province conditions are made. The constructional situation of rural practical talents of Jiangyan City is researched and its structure, household income and its influencing factors are analyzed. The results show that the rural practical talents of Jiangyan are low gross amounts, the scientific and cultural qualities are low, and they are getting old. It had become unadaptable to the requirements of modern agricultural development. At the same time, the level of household income of rural practical talents of Jiangyan City is not very high. Educational degree, vocational type, regional and age factors have more significant influences on the household income.
