当归/万寿菊多样性种植控制当归根结线虫病的田间效应评价
Performance Evaluation of Intercropping Angelica sinensis with Marigold for Angelica root-knot control in Field
根结线虫病是当归生产上分布广、危害重的当归病害,为控制根结线虫,本研究设计了杀线植物万寿菊与当归的不同多样性种植模式,以探索利用万寿菊控制根结线虫及提高土地利用率的新方法。结果显示,不同间作处理对当归根结线虫病均有一定的控制作用,其中当归-万寿菊-当归(A5)和万寿菊-当归-万寿菊(A3)两种模式表现较好,防治效果分别达到65.2%和45.5%,但A5模式不利于田间农事操作,在实际应用中会受到限制;三个间作处理的平均当归理论产量均高于当归单作处理,其中,间作处理A3的平均当归理论产量最高(713.5),比对照增产17.8%,达极显著水平(P<0.01),处理A3与处理A4(万寿菊-当归)、当归单作(A1)达显著水平(P<0.05),处理A5与当归单作处理A1差异显著(P<0.05);不同间作模式可显著影响土地利用率,其中A3处理的土地利用率达到1.7,是最佳栽培模式,而进一步产值分析表明,A3单位面积产值最高,达到3475元,比对照当归单作(A1)3025元增加单位面积产值15%,而A4、A5产值低于当归单作。
ngelica sinensis root-knot disease, caused by Meloidogyne incognita, is the most destructive disease across Angelica sinensis production regions. To achieve the purpose of angelica root-knot control, three of inter-planting with marigold scheme was designed and put into practice in field, and their performance was evaluated as well. Disease investigation and analysis results showed that all inter-planting treatments could reduce disease accidence. Specifically, A5 (two rows of angelica inter-planting on both sides of two rows of marigold) and A3 (one rows of marigold inter-planting on both sides of four rows of angelica) obtained control effect 65.2% and 45.5% respectively. However, A5 could hinder cropping practice so as to be refused for adoption by angelica grower. Angelica in inter-planting patterns achieved higher theoretical yield than mono-cropping (p<0.05). Typically, A3 got the highest yield (713.5 kg/666.7 m2) among all models, with yield increase 17.8% and significant difference comparing to mono-cropping (p<0.01). Further, all inter-planting individuals contribute to LER, and A3 treatment obtained the highest LER 1.7 and the highest output value with 15% extra value to mono-cropping.
