淹没旋喷射流煤层割缝实验研究
Experimental research on cutting seams of submerged swirling jet flow
本文通过高压旋喷水射流割缝实验研究了压力、喷嘴直径、钻杆速度等因素对煤层割缝半径的影响,并建立了高压水射流割缝半径预测模型。研究结果表明,随压力增大,割缝半径不断增大,且当压力增至一定值时,随压力增大,割缝半径增加较小,变化趋于平缓;随喷嘴直径增大,割缝半径逐渐增大。随钻杆转速增大,割缝半径不断减小,且钻杆转速增加至一定值时,随钻杆速度增加,割缝半径较少较小,变化趋于平缓;所建立的预测模型能精确的预测割缝半径的变化。
n the paper, effects of pressure, diameter of the nozzle and velocity of drill pipes on cutting radius of coal seams were investigated by high-pressure submerged swirling jet flow cutting seams experiments. Results indicated that with the increase of pressure, cutting radius increased constantly. When pressure attained one certain value, cutting radius increased a little with the growing of pressure and the variation was smooth. With the increase of diameter of nozzle, cutting radius increased gradually. With the growing of velocity of drill pipes, cutting radius decreased constantly. When the velocity attained one certain value, the reduction was a few and the variation was mild. Prediction model built could accurately predict the variation of cutting radius.
