为了解决石煤矿提钒过程中产生的大量石煤提钒尾渣严重污染环境问题,提出了以石煤提钒尾渣作为基底原料,用SiO2、TiO2溶胶改性其表面结构和酸碱性,通过浸渍法负载活性组分MnO2和催化助剂 MoO3制备了选择性还原(SCR)脱硝催化剂。采用脱硝性能测试、N2吸附-脱附、X射线衍射(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)技术对催化剂的结构和性能进行了表征。研究结果表明:硅溶胶改性后的13Mn-2Mo/15SSi催化剂有良好的脱硝活性,在210-370℃范围内NO转换率均超过了90%。同时该方法制备的催化剂相较原渣提升了比表面积、活性组分分散度,且具有丰富的表面吸附氧Oα。该研究减少了资源浪费和环境污染,为石煤提钒尾渣的废物利用提供了新的解决途径。
