俄罗斯资产证券化发展及启示

here are many similarities between Russia and China on asset securitization market. They both started relatively late, and under the background of which the economy is facing a transition and the financial system is not yet perfect. The development experience in Russia is of important significance to our country. This paper introduced systematically the development of Russia asset securitization from the aspects that were laws and regulations, operating practice, investment groups, and so on, and then found its successful experience and lessons. Furthermore, this paper put forward some suggestions from three aspects that were legislation, product variety and structure and investor psychology, compared to the actual situation in our country.
