发展中国家建立自主型产业与WTO规则的矛盾

he trend of economic globalization is irresistible, but in the progress of developing free trade, developing countries should use legitimate trade protection policy to make domestic Autonomy-based industries mature. But in reality, the demand of that mode of development comes into conflict with the WTO rules. This article discusses the theoretical basis and practical needs of developing countries taking measures to make industries develop in Autonomy-based mode. It shows the restriction of WTO rules drawing on attentions to the equitableness problem of the rules itself.
