农地流转的规模性及稳定性对转入户化肥投入影响研究--以江苏四县（市）水稻生产为例

his paper systematically describes the micro-mechanism of rented farmland scale and stability on fertilizer input through theoretical analysis. Based on the questionnaire survey of 191 respondents of four counties of Jiangsu Province, we use the general linear model regression and Tobit model regression to test the hypothesis. The robust estimation results show that: farmland's scale has a significant negative impact on fertilizer input, and the head of household's education level has a significant negative impact on fertilizer input while the head of household received agricultural training is not obvious, and definite lease term have a significant negative impact on the fertilizer input, but the length of lease term is not obvious. From these conclusions, we suggest that：（1）Encourage land tenancy to achieve the land-scale operation and fertilizers' economies of scale, thus reducing fertilizer input.（2）Carry out targeted environment-friendly technologies and services to meet demand of land lessee, thus reducing fertilizer input and improving rice's yield and quality. (3) Government should regulate themselves and actively guide land lessee sign formal written land tenancy contract to promote farmland's use tenure stability, meanwhile, recognize the existence value of oral land tenancy contract and permit smallholders to lease land in the form of oral land tenancy contract through consultation on an equal footing, and respect households' dominant position of contractual right in this order.
