基于胜任力的薪酬体系研究
Study on Compensation System Based on Competence
薪酬作为企业对员工一项重要的激励措施,其设计方式与技巧越来越为企业所关注。目前,被企业界广泛采用的基于工作分析的职位薪酬体系,其固有缺陷逐渐显现出来,迫切需要新的薪酬制度发挥其特殊的激励效果。本文采用行为事件访谈法(BEI),通过分析传统薪酬制度的缺陷来说明建立基于胜任力的薪酬体系的必要性,并说明基于胜任力的薪酬体系的设计原则和步骤。
s an important stimulant measure, the design methods of compensation is emphasized more and more by enterprises. At present, widely used by the business community, which is based on job analysis, inherent defects of human resources management system appear, as a result, there is an urgent need to build a new human resource management system. This paper used BEI(Behavior Event Interview) to analyze the disadvantage of traditional compensation system, by which illustrate the necessary of developing a new compensation system based on competence.
