Influence of Zinc Salt on Photoluminescence Property of ZnO

以氯化锌、硝酸锌和乙酸锌做为不同锌盐,通过低温湿化学法制备出了相似结构的花状纳米ZnO;通过物相分析和形貌表征说明产物由单根直径不足100nm的ZnO棒通过自组织形式构成的纯净的花状ZnO材料。不同的锌盐产物,在光致发光(PL)方面,表现出不同的发光强度,根据实验结果,说明在发光强度方面, 以ZnCl2为锌源的产物最强,硝酸锌的产物次之,而乙酸锌的产物最弱。这为今后选择不同强度的ZnO光致发光材料的制备提供了选择。

Similar structure ZnO flower-like particles were prepared by low-temperature wet-chemical method based on zinc chloride, zinc nitrate and zinc acetate three different zinc salts; phase analysis and morphology characterization indicated that the pure ZnO products consist of the ZnO rods diameter less than 100nm by self-organization. In the PL property, the products of different zinc salt shows the performance of different luminous intensity, and showed that the product of ZnCl2 as zinc source has the strongest emission intensity, the product of zinc acetate is the weakest. This is different of the PL intensity provide a choice for different PL intensity about ZnO materials.
