温度对花鲈饥饿代谢的影响
Effect of Water Temperature on Metabolizability of Starved Lateolabrax japonicus
用自制的密闭流水式呼吸仪,测定了温度对饥饿花鲈(鱼体重221.7±17.4 g)的排氨率和耗氧率的影响。在10℃、15℃、20℃、25℃和30℃温度下,分析了其排氨率和耗氧率的变化规律,并通过氨商(AQ)分别探讨了蛋白质供能比例及内源氮排泄(ENE)。结果认为:(1)排氨率和耗氧率均随温度的升高而升高,温度对两者的影响极其显著(P<0.01);(2)高温30℃时的排氨率是低温10℃时的近9倍,内源氮排泄(ENE)占体蛋白质含氮量的比例也由10℃时的0.06%上升至30℃时的 0.55%,表明蛋白质供能的绝对值随温度升高增加了9倍,而耗氧率增加了4.5倍,氨商(AQ)仅提高了近1倍,参与供能的蛋白质占能量底物的比例由11.84%上升至23.00%,饥饿花鲈的能量消耗主要是由脂肪和碳水化合物提供;(3)Q10值的变化证明花鲈的排氨率比耗氧率对温度具有更高的敏感性,20~25℃时,Q10最小,印证了此温度为花鲈的最适生长温度。
n experiment was conducted to evaluate the effect of water temperature on ammonia excretion rate and oxygen consumption rate of starved Lateolabrax japonicus with body weight of 221.7±17.4g by a self-made closed respiration instrument. At water temperature of 10℃, 15℃, 20℃, 25℃ and 30℃, We analysed changing regulation of the ammonia excretion and oxygen consumption rate , and discussed the protein’s proportion which provide energy and endogenous nitrogen excretion (EXE)through analysing AQ. The results were: (1) The Ammonia Excretion Rate and Oxygen Consumption Rate rised with rising of temperature, the effect of the temperature was significant for both of them(P<0.01). (2)The ammonia excretion rate(30℃) was about 9 times than that of the ammonia excretion rate(10℃), endogenous nitrogen excretion(EXE) taking the proportion containing nitrogen quantity of body protein rised from 0.06%(10℃) to 0.55%(30℃), it represented that the absolute value of the protein\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\
