肠炎宁口服结肠定位制剂包衣工艺研究

研究肠炎宁口服结肠定位制剂的包衣成型工艺，制备pH依赖型口服结肠定位制剂；方法：采用丙烯酸树脂（Eudragit S100）为主要包衣材料对肠炎宁微丸进行包衣，对pH依赖型口服结肠定位制剂的包衣质量影响因素进行探讨；结果：包衣制备工艺可行，包衣微丸能达到结肠释放的目的；结论：实验结果表明，增塑剂的比例、包衣增重、喷液速度等对丙烯酸树脂包衣微丸质量均有影响。
o Research the coating technology of Chang Yang Ning oral colon targeting preparation, Preparate the pH-dependent oral colon targeting preparation; Method: Used Eudragit S100 as the main coating material to capsule Chang Yang Ning Pellets and researched the influence factors of Eudragit S100 coating quality of pH-dependent oral colon targeting preparation Result: Membrane capsule prepare craft was feasible, Pellets can achieve the goal that released in colon Conclusion: Experimental result indicate, the proportion of plasticizer, Coating weight gain and spray speed have influence to capsule quality of Eudragit S100.
