本文主要阐明了闸基渗透破坏的机理，以及编制了判断闸基是否发生渗透变形破坏的计算程序.
In this paper, principle of seepage deformation under sluice is illuminated, and numerical computation program is compiled, which is applied to identify whether there is seepage deformation under sluice or not.
