我国电信运营企业绩效管理研究

从追求企业本身利润最大化的单一目标转移到追求技术先进、顾客满意、员工满意、社会满意等更多利益相关者满意的多个目标,是我国电信运营企业绩效管理面临的一个挑战。绩效棱柱理论,将更为本源性的利益相关者的利益放在了企业绩效管理的重要位置。因此,基于绩效棱柱理论,本文构建了我国电信运营企业绩效管理测评体系,并详细论述了构建测评体系时应注意的问题。

Once the only target for enterprise was maximizing the benefit, but now companies are in pursuit of stakeholder satisfaction which combines advanced technology, customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction,society satisfaction and more. It is a challenge for telecom operators in China to improve performance management form the only target to more targets. Performance prism puts forward the argument that benefit of stakeholders should be in the first place. This paper studies many performance appraisal methods and set up service performance evaluation system of telecom operators in China under performance prism.
