Research on analysis techniques for SET-induced reconvergence
分析了SET脉冲传播过程中的重汇聚，并提出SERAR的分析技术。脉冲重汇聚有4种重汇聚的模式，ROR、RSUB、RAND、RXOR。对每一种模式提出了基于布尔差分的敏化条件表达式。试验表明重汇聚对SER计算结果有很重要的影响，在SER分析中是一个不能忽略的因素。
In this paper, the reconvergence in the progradation of SET pulse is investigated and the analysis techniques named SERAR is proposed. There are four kinds of models for reconvergence: ROR, RSUB, RAND and RXOR. The expressions based on the sensitive condtion of boolean difference function for every model are put forward. The results shows that: The reconvergence has a significant effect on the SER estimation, which is an unneglectable fact in SER analysis.
