含肉桂醛的pH响应性聚碳酸酯的制备及其性能研究

Preparation and characterization of pH-responsive polycarbonate containing cinnamaldehyde

以肉桂醛、季戊四醇、氯甲酸乙酯为原料,合成了含肉桂醛的环碳酸酯单体(CAMPC)。以DBU为催化剂,mPEG113为大分子引发剂,通过开环聚合合成了不同聚合度的嵌段共聚物mPEG113-b-PCAMPC。通过1H NMR、GPC分析了聚合物的化学结构、聚合度、分子量及分子量的分布。聚合物mPEG113-b-PCAMPC在水中能够自组装形成胶束,通过荧光光谱仪测定了其临界胶束浓度(CMC)。利用DLS、荧光光谱仪对聚合物胶束的粒径和pH响应性进行了深入的研究,并进一步测定了尼罗红在不同pH下的可控释放。结果表明该聚合物具有良好的pH响应性,在药物运输领域有潜在的应用价值。

innamaldehyde-containing cyclocarbonate monomer (CAMPC) was synthesized from cinnamaldehyde, pentaerythritol and ethyl chloroformate. Using DBU as a catalyst and mPEG113 as a macroinitiator, block copolymers mPEG-b-PCAMPC with different degrees of polymerization of CAMPC were obtained via ring-opening polymerization. The chemical structure, degree of polymerization, molecular weight and molecular weight distribution of the polymer were analyzed by 1H NMR and GPC. The polymer self-assembled into micelles in water and its critical micelle concentration (CMC) was measured by a fluorescence spectrometer. The particle size and pH response of polymer micelles were analyzed using DLS and fluorescence spectrometers. The controllable release of Nile red at different pH was further investigated. The results showed that the polymer has good pH responsiveness and had potential application value in the field of drug delivery.
