多晶硅太阳能电池光电转换效率仿真研究
Photoelectric Conversion Efficiency of Solar Cells Simulation
本文结合多晶硅太阳能电池这一具有广泛应用前景的太阳能电池光电转换效率的影响因素,在分析各因素对太阳能电池效率影响的基础上,利用澳大利亚新南威尔士大学光伏研究中心开发一维半导体仿真软件pc-1d作为仿真模拟平台,从仿真角度分析如何提高现有多晶硅太阳电池的转换效率,分析了设计太阳能电池的理论方法,为实际工业生产提供了可靠的理论基础,为进一步提高太阳能电池换转效率,降低生产成本提供理论支持。
s polycrystalline silicon solar cell has a widespread application foreground, this arcitle has paid closed attention to the influence factor of solar cell conversion efficiency.Aimed to emulationally improve solar cell conversion efficiency under analyse of the influence of those factors, the pc-1d which was developed by the Photovoltaics Special Research Centre at the University of New South Wales was taken in use as the using emulation platform.this research has great theoretical value to improve solar cell conversion efficiency and reduce the cost of production.
