浅论高校重点实验室的实体化

实体化程度不高是阻碍高校重点实验室取得高水平原创性研究成果的重要因素。在对高校重点实验室实体化的原因进行分析的基础上，提出以研究经费为调控杠杆实现场地、设备和人员的不求所有，但求所有，从而实现高校重点实验室实体化的可行途径。
Key lab built in higher educational institutions is not entitative research community now, and such condition make a roof for the development of key lab. Based on discussion on the reasons of such condition, present a practical approach to make key lab become a entitative research community.
