随着视频识别需求的日益增长,构建一个高效可靠的大规模视频识别框架,以便于相关应用的开发变得尤为重要。现有分布式Hadoop分布式框架在读写密集型的数据处理应用中,已经表现出了良好的稳定性和出众的性能。但对于计算密集型的视频识别应用,尚无相关框架可以被直接利用。本文基于Hadoop框架,并结合视频识别任务特点,提出并实现了一种包括视频存储与视频识别功能的分布式视频识别框架。实验结果表明,该框架在存储稳定性和计算能力可扩展性方面都表现出了良好的性能。

With the increasing demand of video recognition, a highly efficient and reliable framework for large-scale video recognition is needed to facilitate the development of related applications. The existing Hadoop distributed framework has been shown to have good stability and outstanding performance in the application of read and write intensive data processing. But for the computation intensive video recognition applications, no relevant framework can be directly utilized. Based on the Hadoop framework, and combining with the feature of video recognition task, a distributed video recognition framework is proposed, which includes video storage and video recognition. The experimental results show that the proposed framework has a good performance in the storage stability and the scalability of computation.
