基于部分网络编码的无线实时多播协议时延随机分布特征研究
Study for the Randomly Distributed Characteristics of a Partial Network Coding Based Real-time Multicast Protocol Delay
为了研究基于部分网络编码的实时多播协议在实时业务中的应用,需要探讨其时延分布并预测其时延性能。本文在移动自组网中使用该协议,利用NS2仿真得到其数据包端到端时延数据。由于时延数据不符合严格正态分布,所以利用基于对数正态分布的极大似然估计方法对数据进行处理。利用MATLAB给出所得时延数据取自然对数后的概率分布图形,然后采用基于对数正态分布的极大似然估计法处理时延,根据该原理绘图得到时延分布,发现这两种方法得到的分布基本相符,由此得出基于部分网络编码的实时多播协议时延符合对数正态分布并且可以利用基于对数正态分布的极大似然估计法来预测其性能。
In order to study the application of partial network coding based real-time multicast protocol in real-time business, the probability distribution of protocol delay needs to be studied and the delay performance should be predicted. In this paper, using the protocol in MANET, NS2 is used to simulate the protocol and get the end-to-end delay data of data packets. Because the delay data does not meet strict normal distribution, the maximum likelihood estimate method based on the lognormal distribution is used to process the data. Using MATLAB to obtain the delay distribution of the natural logarithm of delay data, then processing data and draw the delay distribution picture with the maximum likelihood estimation method based on the lognormal distribution, the conclusion that the distributions obtained by the above mentioned two methods are basically consistent can be obtained. So the delay distribution of partial network coding based real-time multicast protocol meet the lognormal distribution and the performance of delay can be predicted with the maximum likelihood estimate method based on the lognormal distribution.
