Pt/ZSM-35/MCM-49在H2-SCR反应中的性能研究
Selective Catalytic Reduction of NO by Hydrogen over Pt/ZSM-35/MCM-49
本文首次尝试将ZSM-35/MCM-49共结晶分子筛应用于富氧条件下的氮氧化物选择催化还原反应。选择氢气为还原剂,以目前最具活性的贵金属Pt为添加金属,制备了Pt基ZSM-35/MCM-49共结晶分子筛催化剂,考察了载体中ZSM-35与MCM-49的不同比例对催化性能的影响。结果发现Pt负载的ZSM-35/MCM-49催化剂在1000 ppm NO + 5000 ppm H2 + 6.7 % O2,He为平衡气,GHSV = 80 000 h-1条件下表现出较好的H2-SCR反应活性。Pt/35(26%)/49催化剂上NO转化率在100 oC达到最高,为84%。采用XRD、NH3-TPD等手段考察了载体中ZSM-35与MCM-49的不同比例对催化剂的结构、酸性等性质的影响。
In this paper, composite zeolite ZSM-35/MCM-49 was used for the first time in selective catalytic reduction of NO under excess oxygen. H2 was choosen as the reductant and the most active metal, Pt was the additive. Several Pt/ZSM-35/MCM-49 catalysts were prepared and tested for the catalytic activity, and the influence of ZSM-35 to MCM-49 ratio in the support was discussed. All of Pt/ZSM-35/MCM-49 catalysts exibits good activity in H2-SCR, and the NO conversion of 84% was achieved over Pt/35(26%)/49 at 100 oC. XRD, NH3-TPD were introduced to study the influnce of ZSM-35 to MCM-49 ratio on acidity of catalysts.
