压力容器是反应堆最重要的设备之一,为设计和评定压力容器,国际上提出了以弹塑性失效为基准的分析设计法。文章以某压力容器为模型,系统阐述了压力容器的分析设计方法。通过ANSYS软件模拟,得到模型在压力载荷和热载荷下的数值计算结果。选择多条具有代表性的路径,应力线性化,得到主要应力、主要应力+次要应力等各项指标,与规范进行比较。由于热应力过大,该模型的主要应力+次要应力的指标评定不通过。为减小温差来减少热应力,拟增加保温层的高度来改善保温效果。

Pressure vessel is one of the most important equipment, in order to design and evaluate pressure vessel, analysis design has been put forward by international, which standards of elastic-plastic failure. Based on a model of pressure vessel, this paper systematically describes the method of design analysis for the pressure vessel. Through ANSYS software simulation, the numerical calculation results under pressure and thermal load are calculated. Multiple representative paths are selected, primary stress, primary stress + secondary stress etc. are calculated by linearized stress, compared to standard. The index of primary stress + secondary stress is fail to pass because of big thermal stress. To reduce the temperature difference and thermal stress, it is necessary to enhance the height of insulating layer to improve insulation effect .
