快速城市化进程中失地农民的补偿方法问题研究——以江苏省徐州市为例

In this paper,the Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province, were selected for the study area, to the local standard of compensation for the current study, to explore the landless peasants of the compensation method for research purposes to investigate the living standards before and after the landless peasants to study the content and manner, through the local landless farmers and conduct a questionnaire survey to study science and statistical methods, the final conclusion of the study is that the current net annual value of multiple Compensation Act Amendment Act case there were not well reflect the market impact, not easy to find a suitable defects such as comparable objects, taking full account of market factors and losses by a person aged under plans to establish sub-levels of compensation for land requisition compensation in Xuzhou City, provide a theoretical reference to the future.
