基于AT89S51单片机的红外语音报警系统
Infrared Voice Alarm System Based on AT89C2051 MCU
目前,矿用电机车的启停制动行驶过程均以电机车司机眼力发现危险信号,再行刹车,在这种纯靠眼力的情形下,不可避免的会出现一定的失误,本设计就是为解决矿用电机车在井下行驶的安全性问题。本文研究设计的是由红外传感器实现人靠近电机车车道之危险信号的检测,并自动语音报警的智能报警系统。当热释电红外传感器检测到有人靠近车道的时候,就会向单片机发出中断请求,再由单片机控制语音芯片播放预先录制好的语音信息,实现语音报警,来通知电机车司机以及路人,以便让他们及时的作出相应措施,减少事故的发生。由于来自红外传感器的信号太弱,故加入了信号放大电路,同时用红外传感信号处理器专用芯片处理来自传感器的信号,继而再传给单片机相应I/O口。本系统的电源由开关电源采用DC/DC转换得来。
t present, electrical locomotive’s starting and braking in the running is determined by the motorman’s eyes. In this case of purely eyes, there will be some unavoidable failure. This paper is to solve the security issue of electrical locomotive’s running under the ground. In this paper, we have researched and designed a kind of intelligent alarm system which can play phonetic information automaticly. Pyroelectric infrared sensor is used for dectecting whether someone is close to the road of the electrical locomotive. When Pyroelectric infrared sensor has detected any abnormality signals that someone is coming to the car road, an interrupt request will be sent to the MCU. Next the MCU control phonetic circuit to play the phonetic information which has been recorded beforehand, to tell the motorman and passerbyes of the emergency which has occurred, so that they can take corresponding step on time to abatement accident. As the signal from the infrared sensor is too weak, so we introduce the signal magnified circuit and dispose it with special CMOS chip, then the signal is sent to the interface of MCU. The power of this system is supplied by DC/DC with switching power supply.
