基于AMI的配网分层状态估计及伪量测生成方法

针对高级量测体系(AMI)带来的新的实时量测数据,提出一种改进的智能配电网状态估计方法,以AMI量测节点作为边界节点对配电网进行分层,将系统解耦为若干子区域实现并行计算。再在配网系统解耦的基础上,提出基于子区域负荷分配系数预测的节点负荷伪量测生成方法。最后,将IEEE33标准配电系统配置5个AMI量测节点,对其进行分层状态估计,并生成节点负荷伪量测数据,结果表明:与整体估计相比,分层状态估计方法在保证高精度的前提下提高了计算速度;生成的伪量测数据精度优于负荷预测得到的伪量测数据。

For the new type of measurement brought by Advanced Metering Infrastructure, a revised method of state estimation for smart distribution system is proposed in this paper. In this method, the network is decomposed into layers by boundary nodes which are AMI measurement nodes and then topology can be decoupled into several subsystems so that parallel computation is available. Then based on decoupled subsystem, a method for calculating load pseudo measurement by load distribution coefficient forecasting is proposed. Finally, the method is testing on IEEE33-bus system which is set five AMI measurement nodes. The result of analysis shows that, compared with traditional method for distribution system state estimation, the layered method is proved to have advantages of faster computation speed and high accuracy; the accuracy of load pseudo measurement produced by the method in this paper is better by the one produced by load forecasting.
