井下铁矿石品位自动计量系统的设计与开发
The design and development of underground ore grade automatic measurement system
摘要
文章介绍了一种井下铁矿石的品位计量系统,系统采用传感器多线程并行处理技术分别测出矿石重量、体积。根据已建立的品位分析数学模型,计算出矿石的平均品位。系统的试运行表明,此种方法不仅实现了矿石重量、体积和品位等数据的自动存储和统计,而且实现了矿石品位的不断轨的计量!
Abstract
This paper introduces a kind of underground grade detection system of iron ore , with use of the technology of Multi-threaded parallel processing of transducer , the bulk and weight of the ore can be measured. Based on a certain model of mathematics we have found ,the average grade of ore can be calculated . The motion of the unit indicates, the data of weight, volume and grade of ore can be stored and counted automatically. What's more, the unit achieve the grade's non-stop detection.关键词
