本论文主要介绍了通过采用水热法在FTO玻璃基底上成功地合成了TiO2纳米片阵列薄膜。并利用XRD,SEM及TEM等手段对产物进行了进行了表征,结果显示该纳米片为锐钛矿型单晶TiO2。在考察了合成反应参数,例如酸度、反应时间、反应温度、初始试剂浓度及添加剂等, 对TiO2薄膜生长的影响的基础之上,本论文详细地讨论了正方 (001) TiO2的生长机制。总之,该工作展示了一种制备大面积纳米尺寸单晶TiO2阵列薄膜有效途径。

In this paper,single crystalline anatase TiO2 tetragonal nanosheet-array film on a transparent conductive fluorine-doped tin oxide (FTO) substrate was successfully prepared by hydrothermal method. The products were characterized with XRD, SEM and TEM measurements. The formation mechanism of the tetragonal (001) TiO2 nanosheets is discussed and the effect of growth parameters, such as acidity, growth time, growth temperature, initial reactant concentration and additives, are investigated. This work demonstrates a clean and effective route to the morphology-controlled preparation of large area single-crystalline TiO2 nanostructured array films on FTO glass.
