Novel OFDM-based Optical-Wireless Access Network Architecture
本文提出了一种基于OFDM的光纤与无线融合的接入网结构。其主要特点是利用OFDM技术与MIMO、偏振复用技术相结合,利用一次"调制-解调"的过程同时对抗光纤的色散和无线信道的多径损耗,有效的降低了设备的复杂度和成本。实验结果表明,信号经过20km单模光纤传输后,可以在120m范围内提供良好的无线接入服务。
In this paper, a novel ofdm-based access network architecture was proposed, which is a hybrid of optical and wireless. Taking advantage of OFDM, MIMO and polarization multiplexing, it can reduce the both impacts of dispersion in optical fiber and multiple path loss in wireless channel, meanwhile, increase its business feasibility. The simulate results demonstrate that this architecture can supply wireless access service in the range of more than 120 meter.
