本研究于2012-2014分两年度在河北生藁城市刘家庄试验田进行。选用石麦18(SM18)为试验材料。试验设置4个施氮水平,共12个处理。主要研究结果如下: 低氮处理 (N0、N1)养分不足,致使群体相对较小,叶面积指数相对较小,成穗率也相对较低,同时低氮处理叶片衰老加快,SPAD 值下降明显,不利于光合作用的进行。高氮处理(N3)虽然有较高的群体,但无效分蘖多,在拔节前后衰亡过多,叶面积指数的发展被抑制,SPAD值相对较低,成穗率较低。中氮处理(N2)相对较大保证了较高的成穗率,叶面积指数和SPAD值均维持在较高水平,且能够显著延长籽粒灌浆活跃期和籽粒终极生长量,降低达到最大灌浆速率时的天数,从而显著提高冬小麦穗粒数,千粒重及产量。N2处理氮素吸收效率和利用效率均处于较高水平。 综合本研究,在保证底墒的基础上,冬小麦全生育期施用纯氮225 kg hm-2可以满足高产冬小麦对氮素的需求,取得较为理想的籽粒产量。

his study was conducted from 2012 to 2014 in Gaocheng Liu Guzhuang experimental station of Hebei Agricultural University . One cultivars shimai 18 (SM18) was used as the experimental material. Design of the experiment use 4 nitrogen application rates, 12 treatments in all. Main results were as follows: Low nitrogen treatment (N0 and N1) has the nutrient deficiency so that groups are relatively small, leaf area index is relatively small, and spiking rate is relatively low, as the same time, the leaf senescence accelerated , and the SPAD values decreased obviously, which is not conducive to photosynthesis. High nitrogen treatment (N3), although there is a higher group, but invalid more tillers, too much in decline before and after jointing stage, the development of leaf area index was suppressed, and SPAD values is relatively low, so that spiking rate is low. Nitrogen treatment (N2) ensures high spiking rate in a relatively large, both leaf area index and SPAD values at a higher level at the same time. N2 treatment can significantly extend the grain-filling active period and the ultimate growth of grains, reduce the number of days when reaching the maximum grouting rate. N2 treatment can significantly improve the winter wheat ear grain number and grain and yield. N application processing results show that the n uptake efficiency and n use efficiency of N2 treatment were at a higher level. Comprehensive this study, on the basis of the guarantee of soil moisture, winter wheat applied pure nitrogen 225 kg hm-2can satisfy the demand of water and nitrogen of high yield of winter wheat and obtain the ideal grain yield in the whole stages.
