膜联蛋白是在20世纪70年代末发现的一类新的膜结合蛋白,约占细胞总蛋白的百分之二,普遍存在于植物、动物及菌类多种生物体内。膜联蛋白是与膜脂质和细胞骨架成分相关联的蛋白质超家族,在进化上保守并依赖钙或钙调蛋白,参与多种生命活动,如囊泡运输、信号转导、钙离子通道的形成等;还与炎症的调控、癌细胞生长的分子机制及各种病理反应有关。本文是在广泛检索文献的基础上,对膜联蛋白特别是Annexin A与疾病的关联等方面的研究成果进行了概述。?????

nnexin was first found in the late 1970s. It was a new class of membrane binding protein, accounting for around two percent of total cellular proteins. Annexin was generally existed in many kinds of organisms, such as plants, animals, and fungi. Moreover, annexin is a multiple protein families associated with membrane lipids and cytoskeleton. Its conservative structural domain was calcium-dependent, and participating of the various life activities, such as vesicle transport, signal transduction, calcium channel formation; also associated with the regulation of inflammation, the molecular growth mechanism of cancer cell and various pathological reactions. Based on the much more previous reports, this review was summarized the functions of annexin especially Annexin A associated with disease.
