黑翅土白蚁下唇腺超微结构研究

Ultrastructure of the labial glands in Odontotermes formosanus (Isoptera: Termitidae)

白蚁的下唇腺分泌物中含有诱食信息素,可以随水囊内含物释放到食物表面,为了探究黑翅土白蚁下唇腺细胞分泌诱食信息素的机制,我们利用扫描电镜和透射电镜等工具对白蚁下唇腺的超微结构进行了观察。观察结果表明,工蚁的腺胞细胞为通过腺胞管连接在一起的扁圆形,根据微绒毛和液泡的数量的差异分为Ⅰ和Ⅱ两种类型。工蚁两种类型腺胞均为单核且有多种细胞器分布,但兵蚁和有翅蚁的腺胞细胞为多核结构而且缺乏细胞器,另外,通过观察得知兵蚁和有翅蚁的腺胞细胞间质的含量也有较大差异。综合本实验和其它报道的观察结果,腺胞种类随着白蚁种类的不同而不同,另外,黑翅土白蚁工、兵和有翅蚁下唇腺中的腺胞在结构和组成物质方面有不同程度的差异。

here is phagostimulating pheromone which can be released on the surface of food in the secretion excreted by the labial gland of the termite, in order to explore the mechanism by which the cell of O. formosanus`s labial gland excretes phagostimulating pheromone, we observe the ultrastructure of O. formosanus`s labial gland by tools like scanning electron microscope(SEM) and transmission electron microscope(TEM). Results of the observation display some obvious characters of O. formosanus`s labial gland. Firstly, worker`s labial gland which is oblate and connected by labial gland duct can be classified into two types called typeⅠand type Ⅱ by the different amount of microvilli and vacuole. Secondly, two types of worker`s acini cell are both monocyte and contain manifold organelles, but on the contrary acini cell of soldier and alate is coenocytic and lacks of organelle. Furthermore, it can be observed that acini`s cytoplasm has difference between soldier and alate. When concluding this experiment`s result and former reports of this aspect we can catch that acini`s type changes as the type of the termite, besides, the acini in the labial gland of worker, soldier and alate is much different in conformation and inner substance.
