脊髓损伤神经源性肠道功能障碍的诊断、评估和治疗进展

Neurogenic bowel after spinal cord injury has been paid close attention to because of its severe psychosomatic effects following the decrease of quality of life. But there isn't any definite effective treatment. The diagnostic codes, guidelines and the evaluations of intestinal function are varied both at home and abroad. However, there isn't any general recognized guidelines and evaluation in our country. In recent ten years, transanal irrigation, intestinal function training, diet, colostomy and other treatments are put into clinical research in the world. Because lack of high quality randomized clinical trials and systematic review, the effects of these treatments are not clear. So in this review, literatures on neurogenic bowel are referred to, in order to discuss the diagnostic codes, laboratory examinations, evaluations of intestinal function, the characters, methods, effectiveness and the evidence of evdence based medicine (EBM) of clinical researches. Main problems of clinical studies will be summarized ar last.
