丛枝菌根真菌的生理生态功能研究进展

丛枝菌根(AM)真菌能与绝大部分陆生植物根系形成基于C、N、P物质交换的互惠共生体,在促进宿主植物的营养吸收、增强植物对生物及非生物胁迫的抗性、影响植物及土壤微生物的群落结构、调控营养元素循环等方面具有极其重要的作用。近年来,越来越多的研究人员从不同学科角度开展了大量的AM研究工作,促进了AM真菌生理生态功能的深入阐释,肯定了AM真菌在维持生态系统稳定性方面的关键作用。本文基于近年来的研究发现,对AM真菌的生理生态功能研究进展进行了系统综述,并提出今后需重点关注全球变化及人类活动背景下的AM真菌研究。
rbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) fungi can form mutualistic associations with the roots of most terrestrial plants. Plants supply AM fungi with carbohydrates, and in return, fungi increase phosphorus and nitrogen caputure of their hosts. It has been well accepted that AM fungi play key roles in enhancing the nutrient caputure and stress tolerance of their hosts, influencing the communities of plant and soil microbes, and in regulating the biochemical cycles of most nutrient elements. In recent years, AM symbioses have fascinated many researchers from different reasearch fields, and the increasing works on the AM have greatly facilitated our understanding of the fungal eco-physiological propoerties as well as their key roles in maintaining ecosystem stability. In this review, the research progress of AM fungal eco-physiological functions has been well summaried, and we propose that the future researches on AM fungi should take the global change and anthropogenic activities into account.
