五苓散治疗糖尿病肾病的系统评价研究

Objective To review the curative effect and safety of Wuling Powder in treatment of diabetic nephropathy. Methods: The retrieval strategy was as follows: PubMed, CNKI，CBM，VIP, Wanfang, were retrieved(Date:1980.1~2013.8).The quality of included studies was evaluated by Cochrane review's manual version 5.2 of the evaluation criteria and GRADE evaluation, and meta-analysis was conducted with Rev Man 5.2 software. Results A total of 4 included studies were all randomized controlled trials, including 468 patients, and the sample size of each study was from 21 to 160 cases. Because treatment drugs used in studies were different from each other, the included studies can be divided into 2 subgroups. But methodological quality assessment showed that the quality of the including studies were not high, but all very low. Meta analysis showed that, the effects of Wuling Powder on cure rate, total effective rate and TC and TG were similar to that of western medicine; and some outcome measures such as the decrease of 24h urinary protein was much better than the control group. Wuling Powder can improve the quality of life and decrease edema. Conclusion: The application of Wulingsan treatment of diabetic nephropathy has a certain effect, and used in conjunction with other prescription may have better efficacy; And evidences of Wuling Powder effects in treating diabetic nephropathy is quite limited, which has to be strengthened by more studies of high quality.
