开放式创新社区中用户知识分享行为研究--基于网络规模效应的调节作用

t present, the network community dominated by users\' collective cooperation and knowledge sharing is becoming an important way of knowledge dissemination. Maintaining the scale of users and improving users\' willingness to share knowledge is particularly important for the development of knowledge network community. Based on the three dimensions of social interaction ties, trust and shared language, this paper explores the knowledge sharing model from the moderating effect of network scale. Though investigation and data analysis, we found that social interaction, trust and shared language have a significant positive impact on users\' willingness to share knowledge. At the same time, the same-side network effect has a significant negative moderating effect on the influence of trust, shared language on users\' willingness to share knowledge. The cross-side network effect has a significant positive moderating effect on the influence of social interaction ties and shared language on users\' willingness to share knowledge. The research conclusions have important reference value and guiding significance for the operation and development of knowledge network community.
