大体积混凝土浇筑完毕后,硬化期间水泥水化产生大量的热量,由于混凝土内部散热不及表面快,导致内外温差过大,而这种过大的温差会产生温度应力和温度变形。温度应力是大体积混凝土裂缝产生的主要原因。利用ANSYS有限元分析软件,结合襄樊一栋高层的工程实例模拟出温度场和应力场的分布情况,并将计算结果与实际情况进行对比分析,得出的结果与实际情况大致相符,但仍然存在着一些的差异,这些差异与计算模型中参数以及边界条件的处理有关。

fter the completion of casting the mass concrete, lots of hydration heat produces during cement hardening. Because the internal heat loss is not so fast as that on the surface, the differences of temperature are excessive between interior and exterior. What's more, these excessive temperature differences will produce temperature stress and temperature deformation. The temperature stress is the main reason that caused the mass concrete cracks. This paper took a high-rise building in Xiangfan for example, with the ANSYS finite element analysis software, mainly through simulating the distribution of temperature field and stress field, and comparing the calculated results with the actual situation, we can see the results of the analysis are broadly consistent with actual situation. However, some differences still exist, which are related to calculation model parameters and the treatment of boundary conditions.
