我们把传统的生物多样性指数引入人力资本经济学,创造性地提出了“人力资本多样性指数”,它可以反映一个国家或地区产业结构的变动;同时通过对比不同人群的人力资本多样性指数,可以看出其就业结构的差别。本文计算了我国的人力资本多样性指数,据此分析了我国产业结构的变动,同时将该指数应用到了其他国家。对比发达国家和欠发达国家的人力资本多样性指数,我们发现高速增长的欠发达国家里往往存在着较剧烈的产业结构变动,而发达国家的产业结构则比较稳定。

We introduce the traditional Biodiversity Index into Human Capital Economics and innovatively bring out the “Human Capital Disposing Index(HCDI)”, which we think can be seen as the reflection of the industry structure change in a country or region. Simultaneously by comparing the HCDI of different groups of people, we can see the employment difference. We calculated our nation’s HCDI and accordingly analyzed its industry structure change. Plus, we applied this index to other countries. Comparing the HCDI of developed countries and less developed countries, we found that less developed countries with a high GDP growth rate tend to have a fierce industry structure change, while developed countries’ industry structure is comparatively stable.
