Study of Strategy Research on the Development and Utilization of the Society Information Resources in China
信息资源已经成为经济社会发展的重要因素，充分发挥政产研学用多方力量，深度挖掘信息资源所蕴藏的巨大价值，对推动国家发展、社会进步具有重要作用。在此背景下，本文探讨了社会信息资源的内涵，梳理总结了我国社会信息资源开发利用的意义与现状，最后提出了下一步我国发展社会信息资源开发利用和共享的政策建议。

Finally, the recommendations of the policy about the development and utilization of Chinese social information resources of the next step is presented.
