异质性人力资本与区域经济增长效率研究--基于DEA模型与Tobit回归的证据

In order to explore the factors that affect the efficiency of economic growth, based on the data of macro economic of Bohai Rim Region and Yangtze River Delta region during 2000-2013, we analyzed the economic growth efficiency by the DEA model from a static and dynamic perspective under the condition of heterogeneity in human capital. The results of Tobit regression show that: with the upgrading of human capital, the level of efficiency of economic growth are improved, but their range can be improved to be smaller and smaller; the overall efficiency is worsening; the industrial structure, economies of scale and openness are positive to the efficiency change. However, government spending has the negative effect. Industrial structure upgrade deteriorates the efficiency under condition of advanced human capital.
