植物根际丛枝菌根 (AM)真菌已受到广泛的关注,然而植物物种与物候两者的交互作用对AM真菌的影响仍不清楚。本研究通过分析在不同物候期(盛花期、果初期和果末期)三种锦鸡儿属植物(柠条锦鸡儿、白毛锦鸡儿和毛刺锦鸡儿)根际AM侵染率及孢子群落结构,揭示植物物种及物候期对AM真菌的交互效应。结果发现,单位根长侵染率最高值出现在盛花期的白毛锦鸡儿中,为65.64%;最低值出现在果末期的毛刺锦鸡儿中,为39.13%;根系土壤中共发现11种AM真菌孢子。物候期对单位根长侵染率、丛枝侵染率、泡囊侵染率影响极显著;物种对泡囊侵染率、AM真菌孢子丰富度和群落多样性指数有显著影响;二因素方差分析揭示二者的交互作用会显著影响泡囊侵染率和幼套球囊霉等孢子的出现频度。

rbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) fungi in the rhizosphere of plants have been widely concerned by ecologists. Less is known that the interactive effect of the phenological change and host preference on AM fungi. In this study, AM colonization and community composition in the rhizosphere of three species of Caragana Fabr., namely Caragana korshinskii, Caragana licentiana, and Caragana tibetica Kom., were investigated in three phonological stages. The highest value of root length colonization was 65.64% in C. licentiana in full opening flower stage, while the lowest was 39.13% in C. tibetica Kom. in late fruit stage. A total of 11 species of AM fungi were identified. It was found that there was a significant effect of phenology on AM root length colonization, arbuscular colonization and vesicle colonization. We also observed that vesicle colonization, AM fungal spore richness and diversity differ significantly among different species. Two-way ANOVA analysis revealed that phenology and host significantly co-affected the richness of spore species such as Glomus etunicatum.
