黑果山姜化学成分的研究

目的:研究姜科山姜属植物黑果山姜干燥枝叶中乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯部分,对其中的化学成分进行提取分离鉴定。方法:利用MCI柱色谱;硅胶柱色谱;凝胶柱色谱;制备高效液相色谱等手段进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和光谱数据对化合物进行了结构分析和鉴定。结果:从黑果山姜中分离得到10个化合物。结论:分别鉴定为phytenal(1),α-tocopherol-quinone(2),galanalB(3),galanalA(4),labdane-diterpenoids(5),pacovatininB(6),4-hydroxy-cinnamic-acid(7),(-)-(7R,8S)-erythro-guaiacylglycerol(8),(-)-(7R,8R)-erythro-guaiacylglycerol(9),quercetin(10)。均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Purpose:To study the ethyl acetate of the ethanol extract from the dried leaves and branches of the Alpinia nigra and extract, separate and identify the chemical components. Methods:Using the MCI;Silica gel column chromatography; Gel column chromatography; Preparation of high performance liquid chromatography and other means for separation and purification.Results:Ten compounds were isolated from the Alpinia nigra.Conclusion:Identify asphytenal(1), α-tocopherol-quinone(2), galanalB(3), galanalA(4), labdane-diterpenoids(5), pacovatininB(6), 4-hydroxy-cinnamic-acid(7), (-)-(7R,8S)-erythro-guaiacylglycerol(8),(-)-(7R,8R)-erythro-guaiacylglycerol(9),quercetin(10).Both are isolated from the plant for the first time.
