双组份硼酸传感体系由荧基团部分与受体两部份组成,硼酸部分充当糖的识别受体和荧光猝灭剂两种角色,当客体分子加入后荧光染料的状态发生变化,由此得出糖的浓度值。本文报道了一种基于双组份的硼酸传感器,将设计合成的硼酸离子盐猝灭水溶性荧光染料8-羟基芘-1,3,6-三磺酸三钠盐(HPTS),荧光测试结果显示该传感器能有效地猝灭荧光团的荧光,猝灭效率高,猝灭拟合值也与猝灭方程相匹配,证明该体系具有很好的测定糖浓度应用前景。

In this paper,a two-compoent boric acid sensor that quenchs the water-soluble fluorescence dye with borate ion salts were designed and synthesized. It shows that the sensor could effectively quench the fluorescence of the fluorophore with high quenching efficiency,and the quenching fitting value aiso matches the quenching equation, which proves that the system has a good application prospect for the determination of sugar concentration.
