基于问卷调查的高校科研团队创新潜力评价

Research team’s innovation potential’s evaluation based on questionnaire

团队创新潜力是团队创造力的源泉,通过对天津、南京、山东、河北等地区10所高校以教师为主体的团队进行问卷调查并用SPSS软件分析发现,以流动的研究生为主体的团队其创新潜力小于以高校教师为主体的团队。研究结果说明稳定的高校教师团队由于具有知识技能互补、乐于相互合作与支持、持续性强等特点而更易于实现团体创新。

eam’s ability to innovate was derived from its’ innovation potential. A investigation and study in 10 colleges from Tianjin, Nanjing, Shandong and Hebei showed that the innovation potential of teams which are formed by one tutor and his students was lower than which contains more than one tutor or teacher. From the result we can see that the stable teachers’ teams which had supplemental knowledge and skills was wiling to collaborate and support each other, so they can continue to develop easily and then the teams’ innovation came true. This paper used SPSS 13.0 as the tool of analysis.
