V含量对超级双相不锈钢的组织及耐点蚀性能的影响
Effect of V content on the microstructure and pitting resistance of super duplex stainless steel
本文研究了V对超级双相不锈钢耐点蚀性能的影响。利用Thermo-Calc软件对不同V含量超级双相不锈钢中平衡析出相进行理论计算,通过光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、浸泡腐蚀实验等分析了V含量对超级双相不锈钢的显微组织形貌、双相比例、合金元素分配及耐点蚀性能的影响。研究结果表明:随着V质量分数从0.20%提高到0.49%,铁素体相含量从46.12%提高到51.96%;双相组织中Cr、Mo、N含量下降导致了双相抗点蚀当量值(PREN)的减小,其中奥氏体相PREN从37.71下降到33.74;3种实验钢均发生了明显的点蚀现象。V含量增加会促进点蚀坑形成,加快实验钢基体的腐蚀,最终导致了耐点蚀性能下降。
In this paper, the effect of V on the pitting corrosion resistance of super duplex stainless steels was investigated. Thermo-Calc software was used for calculations of equilibrium precipitation phases in super duplex stainless steels with different V contents, and the effects of V content on the microstructure, duplex ratio, alloying element distribution and pitting resistance of super duplex stainless steels were analyzed by optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and immersion corrosion experiments. The results showed that: with the increase of V mass fraction from 0.20% to 0.49%, the volume fraction of ferrite phase increased from 46.12% to 51.96%; the decrease of Cr, Mo and N content in the duplex microstructure led to the decrease of duplex pitting resistance equivalent value (PREN), in which the austenitic PREN decreased from 37.71 to 33.74; all three experimental steels experienced significant pitting corrosion. The increase in V content promotes the formation of pitting pits and accelerates the corrosion of the experimental steel matrix, which eventually leads to a decrease in pitting resistance.
