扭矩法施工高强螺栓受力状态分析
Analysis of Stress State of High Strength Bolt in Torque Method
摘要
目前高强度螺栓的施工方法一般采用扭矩法,它的优点是成本低廉,施工便利。但是因为是通过施加扭矩使得螺栓产生预拉力,螺栓内扭矩的存在将产生一些不利的影响:降低螺栓的承载力、施加预拉力不够准确、螺栓不能重复利用和降低螺栓的防松性能。本文通过对扭矩法施工螺栓的应力状态进行理论分析,进而定量分析了扭矩对螺栓承载力、预拉力精度、防松性能的影响。
Abstract
At present, torque method is the most commonly used method in high strength bolt construction, it is cheap and is easy for construction. But as the pretension is applied by exerting torque, the torque in the bolt will induce adverse effects, such as decreasing bearing capacity of bolts, exerting inaccurate pretention, can not reuse bolts, and decreasing anti-loose ability of bolts. In this paper, the effect of torque on the bearing capacity, the accuracy of the pretension and the anti-loose ability of bolts are analyzed quantitatively by analysing the state of stress of torque method.关键词
