合成条件对萘沥青树脂粘结性能的影响
Effect of synthesis conditions on bonding properties of naphthalene-based pitch resin
为了制备与石墨等炭材料有优良粘结性的萘沥青树脂,本文以萘为单体,苯甲醛为交联剂,浓硫酸为催化剂,合成了萘沥青树脂。详细考察了反应物配比、浓硫酸用量、反应温度、反应时间以及氮气流量等因素对萘沥青树脂的软化点、残炭率以及粘结指数等粘结性能的影响。结果表明,萘与苯甲醛适宜的摩尔比为1:1.0-1.5、适宜的浓硫酸用量为6-10%;缩聚反应温度在120-170℃之间,且反应温度越高,所需反应时间就越短;增加氮气流量能提高缩聚反应速率。在实验合成条件下,萘沥青树脂的软化点在26-163℃之间、残炭率在26.8-59.5%之间、粘结指数在30.5-98.0范围,且树脂的收率在80%左右。
In order to prepare naphthalene-based pitch resin which has a good cohesiveness with carbon materials such as graphite, naphathalene-based pitch resin was synthesized by using naphathalene as monomer, benzaldehyde as crosslinking agent in the presence of concentrated sulphuric acid in this paper. Effects of the factors such as reactant ratio, usage of concentrated sulphuric acid, reaction temperature, reaction time and nitrogen flow on the bonding properties of naphthalene-based pitch resin such as softening point, carbon yield and caking index were carefully investigated. Experimental results showed that the suitable mole ratio of naphathalene and benzaldehyde was 1:1.0-1.5, the proper usage of concentrated sulphuric acid was 6-10%; the polycondensation temperature was in the range of 120-170℃, and the reaction needed a shorter time as the reaction temperature was higher. Increasing nitrogen flow could enhance the reaction rate of the polycondensation. under the experimental synthesis conditions, the softening point of the naphathalene-based pitch resin was 26-163℃, its carbon yield was 26.8-59.5%, the caking index was in the range of 30.5-98.0, and the yield of the resin was about 80%.
